• Greece: 4 Euro – free shipping on all orders over 100 Euro
• Europe: 15 Euro (Standard shipping) – free shipping on all orders over 400 Euro
• Rest of World: 50 Euro

• We do not ship to Russia, and Venezuela

All orders in Greece are shipped with ACS courier.
Greece: 2-3 working days
Europe standard shipping: approx. 7-8 working days

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees, should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note – we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift.

How to return your order?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery from the day of FIRST DELIVERY ATTEMPT. Please send a return email at info@neridaworld.com, with your order number and whether you want a refund or an exchange and make sure that your receipt is placed in your parcel. Please send your returns by post. Please note that returning your order is at your own cost. In order for your return to be accepted, You need to provide the courier tracking number for the returning item by the end of the 14th day AT THE LATEST. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. For international returns please mark clearly “No commercial value” as description of contents on all paperwork provided by your chosen carrier.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if these conditions are not met perfectly.

Returns policy

1. We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags.
2. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags.
3. Returned items will be refunded excluding shipping charges.
4. Place the item(s) in the original Nerida totebag and put them in a shipping box, or any other shipping packaging of similar size. Close the package and tape it securely.
5. Please email the tracking number on your label to info@neridaworld.com
6. Discounted products are eligible only for store credit.

Exchanges and Refunds

Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability. Please note that in case of a written notice and proof of a return to us within 14 days upon first delivery attempt, we will issue a refund latest on day 14. Your refund will be credited to the same form of payment from where the purchase was made.
Our regular online exchange policy as described above applies during sale periods. Discounted items are not eligible for refunds but can be returned for store credit of equal amount.

If it was Cash On Delivery method you'll receive the amount via bank transfer which may take 5-10 business days to complete, depending on your financial institution (Your IBAN is needed in that case)
